HSC-85
On August 8, 2023, the U.S. Navy deactivated its only special operations rotary-wing support squadron. The Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 85, also know as the Firehawks, has been an asset that deployed to the Indo-Pacific region to support operations and training exercises.
